Shipping Policy

Free Shipping

We offer FREE shipping on all US orders of $80 or more (excluding applicable taxes). Simply look for the free shipping label to enjoy free shipping on selected items across the store. If the qualifying items in your order total $80 or more, your order ships FREE!

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Orders shipped to Puerto Rico may require additional transit time.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Signature Confirmation & Delivery

For the security of your order, some shipments may require a signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery:

  • The carrier will leave a delivery attempt notice
  • A second delivery attempt will be made on the next business day
  • If delivery attempts are unsuccessful, your package will be held at your local post office or carrier facility for pickup
  • Please bring a valid photo ID to collect your package
  • Packages not picked up within the carrier's holding period may be returned to us

We recommend tracking your order closely once you receive your shipping confirmation email so you don't miss your delivery window.

We ship within the United States, including Puerto Rico.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit please contact us immediately at ceo@epiphanyworldwide.com or via WhatsApp at +1 (786) 438-3811. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once an order has been processed and shipped we are unable to make changes.
