RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

For exchanges or full refunds, include your original receipt and request within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Items must be in “like-new” condition: unused, unaltered, with no signs of wear.

After 7 days, we may offer only store credit or exchanges—at our sole discretion.

Special or customized orders may not be eligible for return unless stated.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact Customer Support immediately at 1‑786-438-3811 or ceo@epiphanyworldwide.com.

Approved refunds are subject to item inspection upon receipt.

A 15% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns not exchanged.

Items returned after 7 days or without contacting us will not be refunded.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless we are at fault.
